Job Duties:
Servicing sprinklers and irrigation motors to be used on summer crops; perform pre plant machinery maintenance and field preparation; operate tractors and planters for planting crops such as sorghum; assisting with haying production by operating equipment for swathing, raking, baling and stacking hay; swathing and baling corn stalk, wheat straw, and milo stalk; operating equipment to load hay onto trucks and transporting hay from field to storage units and facilities; driving tractor for field work, run shredder; operate irrigation for watering crops, repair irrigation motors; be able to climb stairs; operating harvesting equipment for corn and wheat; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.

Special Requirements:
Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
