Job Duties:

Duties include but are not limited to the following: flood irrigation, maintaining fence, forestry clean up, building and burning brush piles, cutting firewood and brush, cutting and baling hay. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Crops: hay & timber 30 minute lunch break offered. “employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and the Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (COMPS order) #38.” & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers Possible weekend/holiday work.

Must be 18 years of age.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Variable weather conditions may apply.
