- Crops: Pumpkins All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform the work described in this job description and must be available for the entire period of employment specified in this order. This work order is for qualified people to perform repairs and maintenance on diesel farm equipment. Workers must be willing to work in varied weather conditions. the work requires long hours of standing, bending, walking, and lifting up to 75 pounds. The workers will be repairing and maintaining various diesel farm equipment. Workers will not be required to work for more than the number of hours specified in the job order for a workday, or on the workers Sabbath or Federal holidays. Employer will furnish to workers at no cost all tools and equipment required to perform duties assigned. Workers must be able to take directions in simple English.

- Special Requirements:
- 2 months experience as diesel mechanic required. (This includes on John Deere, Caterpillar, and other farm equipment) 2 months experience with hydraulics. All new employees are subject to a post-hire, employer-paid drug test. Any employee who declines to take or fails this drug test will be terminated and paid for all hours worked, if any. To ensure the safety of the communities surrounding our operations, the Employer requires all-newly hired employees to take and pass an employer-paid background check. All background checks are conducted uniformly after an initial job offer has been extended and accepted by the new hire.
