Job Duties:

Worker will operate, repair, and maintain irrigation equipment, farm equipment and vehicles including (but not limited to) Combines, Cotton pickers, Grain Elevators, Sprayers, Tractors and other row crop machines. Worker will spray, prepare, plant, cultivate and harvest crops such as cotton, rye, and milo. Worker will maintain workspace and barn. During the harvest season, employee should expect increased workloads and extended working hours to meet seasonal demands. Drug screening may be conducted in the event of an accident or incident at the employer’s expense, and failure or refusal to submit to a required drug test may result in immediate termination.
