- Job Duties:
- Performs duties like the following but not limited to Driving and operating farm equipment to plant, spray, fertilize, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to a tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Maintain and clean shop and grain bins. Tow harvesting equipment. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical maintenance to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Ground maintenance such as weed eating, mowing, and power washing equipment. Crops: Corn, Soybeans, Wheat and sunflower.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Employer shall Provide Necessary Training to worker. Workers Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers' expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required.
