Job Duties:

WE ARE A 3200 ACRE ROW CROP FARMING OPERATION. WE PRIMARILY GROW CORN AND SOYBEANS. OUR EQUIPMENT IS PRIMARILY JOHN DEERE RANGING FROM NEW TO OLDER UNITS. DURING THE PEAK AG SEASON, WE NEED HELP MAINTAINING AND OPERATING FARM EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING TRACTORS, COMBINES, AND TRACTOR TRAILER UNITS, AND GRAIN FACILITY. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain grounds and landscaping; maintain inventory; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, grain carts, forklift, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, semi trucks, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, soybeans. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
