- Job Duties:
- Operate, maintain, and service all farm equipment, including grain carts, tractors, combines, and planters. Maintenance and repair of irrigation sprinklers, natural gas power units, and electric power units. Running and repairing irrigation equipment. Also, an irrigation specialist would be required to monitor irrigation daily such as checking and ensuring wells are pumping correctly, pressur are maintained, and nozzles are clean and functional, and be expected to take 24-hour call-out irrigation equipment.

- Must have the ability to lift and carry 75lbs/75yds. Post-employment drug tests, random, upon-suspicion, and/or after an accident, are paid for by the employer. Any worker who declines to take or fails a mandatory drug test may be terminated. Workers may assist supervisors in communicating information regarding work duties and requirements and instructing other workers in related work activities. Workers may direct the activities of small work crews. Workers will work on their feet in bent, stooped, and crouched positions and on ladders up to ten (10) feet in height for long periods. Employees must be able to lift and carry materials or equipment with a weight of 75 pounds frequently throughout the workday. Work requires repetitive movements and extensive walking.
