- Job Duties:
- Employees will be responsible for the operation of farm machinery and equipment used to cultivate, plant, spray, harvest, and store grain crops. Duties include preparing equipment early in the spring for the planting season, operating tractors and farm equipment during planting, conducting spraying operations, and performing combining and tillage work during harvest. Employees will also assist with general farm labor necessary to support seasonal crop activities. The growing and harvest season in North Dakota is short and intense, so tasks must be completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Work will primarily take place during the spring, summer, and fall, as winter months do not require additional help. The employer is willing to train motivated, entry-level workers who are willing and able to learn.

- No experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Skill Level I Entry Level Pursuant to the Interim Final Rule (IFR) implementing the new four-level wage system for H-2A occupations, the employer designates this position as Skill Level I Entry Level, indicating that the job requires limited experience and routine supervision consistent with entry-level duties. The employer reserves the right to withhold the applicable housing deduction as permitted under program regulations, when approved and disclosed in the job order.
