Job Duties:

We custom apply crop protection and crop fertility products. We sell and deliver fertilizer and crop protection products. We ship and receive fertilizer and crop protection products. Employees would be responsible for accurate application of fertilizer and/or chemicals per blend-sheet specifications. Maintain and repair equipment according to maintenance schedules, policies and procedures. Communicate with plant manager and sales staff assure efficient application. Follow all safety rules and regulations and PPE requirements. Complete other tasks as assigned by the plant manager. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
