Job Duties:

This contract encompasses general farm labor and labor for apples (varieties: Gala and Honey Crisp). This application encompasses multiple start dates of need: - 03/02/2026 (15 workers). - 06/15/2026 (15 workers). The supplemental start date and the number of workers needed per the listed start dates may be subject to change due to weather, crop and market conditions, as well as other factors. This job requires harvesting of apples; picking, thinning, training, pruning and weed control. All jobs may be performed from a motorized platform, the ground or from a ladder. The worker must possess the ability to pick up and handle a 10ft. or 12ft. orchard ladder weighing up to 40lbs. There are general conditions of employment, general job specifications and individual requirements that are specific to each job duty. See Addendum C: A.8a – Additional Job Duties.
