- Job Duties:
- Fertilize, plant, cultivate and harvest row crops such as corn and soybeans. Employees will operate tractors, trucks, combines, loaders, and other farm equipment and implements used to prepare fields, plant, cultivate, haul, and harvest row crops. Assist in repair equipment if it breaks down during operation. Must be able to obtain a drivers license. 3 months farm equipment operation required. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yards.
