- Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain, corn, and cotton crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain, corn, and cotton. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Drive and operate self-propelled combine and cotton stripper. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Farming with: Corn, Cotton, Wheat

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
