Job Duties:

Job includes operating equipment to perform custom dirt moving and land forming duties. Equipment that employees will operate includes but is not limited to trackhoe, tractors with various implements, equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, and tractors and dirt pans with trimble GPS. Duties also include mechanical repair and maintenance on equipment as needed. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
