Job Duties:

Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS such as plow, disc, drill, tractor, loader for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as wheat, corn, silage; run packing tracts and tarping silage; performing general lubrication and servicing as well as incidental repairs to equipment and machinery; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employer’s fields, load employer’s crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; cleaning, filling holes with dirt, performing road maintenance; repairing and maintaining fam buildings, fences, and other structures; painting, mowing, spraying weeds, moving manure, pen maintenance; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
