- To operate tractors in the hay fields for cutting, raking, bailing, and storing of the hay. To assist with minor repairs to farm equipment and storing equipment for the next season. General Farm Work. Once hired, workers may be required to take random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
