- Job Duties:
- Job duties include planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops such as Durum, corn, beans, sunflowers. We do need to have a employee with mechanical skills to maintain our line of machinery and perform incidental repairs that are needed in daily operations. We would like someone with previous years of farm experience operating GPS systems in the equipment. Crops: Barley, Beans Paid lunch hour included in the anticipated work hours/schedule.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
