- Job Duties:
- We operate a small grain farm. Employees will need to assist with our crop season. Duties will include land prep, tilling, seeding, spraying, harvesting and hauling harvested crops. Employees will be driving a farm truck to deliver seed and fertilizer to fields and haul grain from fields to storage. Complete general farm labor duties. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employees will need assist with combining, driving grain cart, binning grain and hauling grain. In employees will also need to assist with spraying, mowing and discing.
