Job Duties:

We farm 10,000-acres of corn, wheat, and sorghum. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of raising these crops. Employees will be required to plant crop in the spring, irrigate crop during the growing season, harvesting the crop in the fall and hauling the crops to storage from the fields after harvest. Employees will need to assist with pre- and post-season maintenance on equipment. Employees will also need to assist with manure hauling/spreading on the fields as well as stockpiling. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must have a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
