- Job Duties:
- Breeding queen bees for honey production, maintaining colony health through feeding/ supplemental aid; find and cage queen honeybees, beehive inspection, install queen cells, split colonies for growth, assembling fixing bee hives and frames. Harvest honey, extract and cut combs/liquid honey. Must be able to lift 75 pounds during extraction. May operate tractors and farm equipment and vehicles, load and unload trucks, transport honey, bees, colonies and weed removal equipment, supplies and tools including operating applicable beekeeping and extracting equipment. May also clean up, organize, and stack equipment, and maintain work area. 2 months experience in bee operation work required. 2 workers around 3/1/26 4 workers around 3/31/26
