Job Duties:

AJ HARVESTING H-2 LLC (150) Temporary Agricultural Workers for Florida in (Hillsborough County) from 02/25/2026 to 04/30/2026, harvesting blueberries. Workers will also be pulling weeds, raking, and clearing up rows where plantings are. Workers will harvest blueberries per pound in buckets. Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping and reaching. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the workday. It should not hinder the productivity of another worker. The use or possession or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol during working time is prohibited. Worker may be requested to submit random drug or alcohol testing at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Requires 1 month of verifiable manual harvesting work experience. All buckets must be full, partially filled buckets will not be accepted. $0.50 per pound or equivalent/blueberry, $14.00/hour guarantee, 35 hours per week. Will provide daily transportation round trip to and from housing to the work-site location, at no cost to the workers. Housing provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return own residency daily. The tools are provided by the employer at no cost to workers. 3/4 scheduled working hours guaranteed. Transport/subsistence reimbursed for the costs incurred by reporting to the workplace if the worker completes half the period of employment. Return transportation refunded if the worker terminates the contract. The employer understands that the Fair Labor Standards Act applies independently of the H-2A requirements and imposes. Obligations on employers regarding payment of wages. 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1). In the event a female worker is hired, employer will provide separate sleeping, bathing, and toilet facilities for male and female workers. Must be 18 years old. "Go to your nearest Career Center".
