- Job Duties:
- Care for calves and nursing mothers during the spring months. Treat sickness and ensure proper nutrition. Move cattle to and from summer pastures for grazing. Fix and repair fencing. Make hay. Set, maintain and operate farming equipment in order to harvest and haul crops. General farm duties such as servicing equipment, facility maintenance and shop work.
