- Job Duties:
- While working for fixed-site agricultural customer Heartland Co-op, the workers will be responsible for planting various grains, mixing and applying fertilizer, loading and unloading grain trucks and trains, moving / driving grain trucks, filling and emptying grain bins, cleaning seed corn, and miscellaneous labor. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 2 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on the crops and weather.
