- Job Duties:
- This is a general farm laborer position. Employees will work on a farm for a farmer maintaining farm systems and grain handling components such as grain bins, augers, dryers, etc. Workers will also assemble/install/service equipment used for grain harvesting while using hand tools and power tools. Workers may also operate various types of equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, or pickup trucks. Workers may also assist in making wet/dry fertilizer applications and/or filling anhydrous ammonia tender wagons.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of safety protocols may result in termination.
