- Operate farming equipment to till, plant, harvest and haul grain and oilseed crops. Calve out calves during the calving period, and care for calves and nursing mothers. Bail and stack hay. General farm duties such as picking rocks, repair and maintain fencing, equipment servicing and general facility maintenance.
