Job Duties:

Neese Inc. needs seasonal help to assist with our agricultural operations. We need seasonal employees to assist with harvesting grain crops. We also have a custom manure pumping, hauling business for which we need employees as well. Employees will need to drive tractors and other farm equipment including skid loaders and payloaders. Employees will also need to use grain vac equipment. Employees need previous experience operating and understanding tractor operations on a farm. We need employees to have prior diesel mechanical experience. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate. Neese Inc. pays according to expertise and knowledge for returning workers.

Job requires extensive sitting, pushing, pulling, frequent stooping, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have regular drivers license or be able to obtain in 30 days of hire. We require 3 months of experience.
