- Job Duties:
- to operate boats in the crawfish ponds, baiting traps, setting traps, and assisting with harvesting crawfish during the peak time of the season. Workers will prepare the harvested crawfish for distribution. Must be able to lift 60lbs. Will also assist with minor repairs to crawfish traps and boats. Job involves stopping, lifting, and working outside in inclement weather. Employer may require a drug test, after hired, at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination.
