Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment and trucks in order to plant, spray, harvest and haul small grain crops, corn, corn silage and sorghum. Transport harvested crops from farm to market. Harvest, bale and stack alfalfa hay and hay straw. Load, haul and apply manure to fields. Service and repair farming machinery. Repair farm structures. General farm upkeep duties such as facility maintenance, mechanical duties and shop work. Winterize all farming equipment at the end of the growing season.
