- Job Duties:
- Drive and operate farm machinery like forage harvester and/or silage trucks for custom harvesting operations. Also may include operating tractors, mergers, swathers, packing tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Adjust, repair and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Make incidental in-field repairs. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required, must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
