- Job Duties:
- We farm 3,000 acres of cotton and peanuts. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of the raising these crops. Must be willing and able to safely operate farm machinery including tractors, combines, fertilizer spreader, etc. Must be willing to learn the geographical area and be able to follow directions. Previous mechanical experience and welding experience a plus. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
