Job Duties:

We need seasonal help during the spring, summer and fall seasons to plant, spray and harvest canola, wheat, soybeans and corn. During the spring and early summer, employee will need to assist with seeding and spraying crop. After the harvest is complete employee will need to apply fertilizer, till the ground for the next season, and dirt work/ditching for drainage. During the fall months and some throughout the year employee will have to drive farm trucks to haul the harvested crops to storage bins and elevators. Employee will be required to do repairs and maintenance on equipment and farm yard (including weed eating and lawn mowing) and keep the maintenance shop in an orderly condition. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Employee will need to have at least 3 months experience operating GPS enabled equipment and driving trucks. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a regular driver's license.
