Job Duties:

eMVee Enterprise's was started by 2 brothers in 2008 as a 4,000 acre family farm. Since then, our operation has grown to 20,000 acres. We primarily farm corn and soybeans. We operate new John Deere equipment and use the most current technology available. We have semi's that we use throughout the year to haul grain and fertilizer. We apply our own nitrogen and we spread our own fertilizer, and haul it throughout the year to our warehouse. In the spring we mix and spray our own chemicals and haul it to the field. There is a backhoe and excavator on the farm we use to clean up when needed. Employees will operate farm equipment which includes, tractors, combine's, tillage equipment, grain cart, planters, and mowers. Employees will drive a farm truck for hauling seed, fuel, loading planter, and to storage location. Employees will also assist with mowing and weedeating. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
