- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform duties in association with SOC 45-2091 Equipment operator, Job duties will include: Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. In order to till soil, plant, irrigate, and harvest crops. Irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, Worker will Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm worker, Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery. Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus and weed growth, and diseases, using self-propelled equipment; Crops produced include corn, soybeans, rice. Must speak and understand English.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
