Job Duties:

Workers should be capable of being involved, hands on, with all aspects of crop production on our farms, including but not limited to: preventative maintenance on farm equipment, minor repairs on farm equipment, operating of tractors and equipment for preparing, plowing, harvesting, and cultivating field crops, ability to move equipment and supplies from employer-owned farm to employer-owned farm, help operate irrigation on equipment and farms, help maintain fence lines and keep property free of weeds, help harvest and haul grain or grain carts, help maintain stored grain. Equipment to be operated/drive to/from employer-owned farms may include ATV, pickup trucks, tractors, skid loaders, etc.

Special Requirements:

No education required. Position requires six (6) months in farm equipment operating. Must be mechanically inclined (have an ability to work on the farm equipment). Must have a regular driver's license or be able to obtain a regular driver's license. Basic English is strongly recommended. Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds for 75 yards.
