- Job Duties:
- Operate tractors, tractor drawn machinery, self-propelled machinery to till and fertilize soil, and plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Attache farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor to harvest equipment. Check and keep track of farm machine services, such as checking fluids and lubricating.

- Special Requirements:
- At least 3 months of prior experience working on a crop production farm is required. Experience must include familiarity with operation and servicing of farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors and planting tools. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to perform basic tasks like planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops in outdoor conditions. A valid driver's license is required (Class D, necessary for operating work related vehicles), or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Candidates should be able to lift items weighing 50lbs or more.
