- Job Duties:
- Use manual and powered equipment to plant (25%), maintain (30%) , harvest (20%), and pack (15%) greenhouse nursery crops, and vegetable crops ((broccoli, Brussels sprouts, sweet corn, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, pumpkins, broccoli, melons, kale, eggplant, cabbage, and cauliflower;, greenhouse nursery crops) . Maintain fences, equipment, and irrigation. (10%). Equipment operated: Farm tractor, baler, bale loader, rototiller, mower, soil blender and sterilizer. Workers will comply with procedures for power equipment safety as instructed and follow other instructions of supervisor. Workers will follow rules that assure site safety as instructed. Tools paid for by employer;.
