Job Duties:
We farm approximately 4,000 acres of corn, soybeans, sunflowers, wheat, and milo. We do all the tillage, planting, seeding, fertilization, harvesting, and trucking, as well as repair and maintenance on all farm equipment. Employees will need to operate equipment to do the tilling, planting, fertilizing, harvest, and trucking. Employees will need to use computerized auto steer equipment and Google Suite computerized crop and seed input billing and tracking. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
