- Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
