Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: lay sod, mulch, mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake; assist w/ sprinkler installation and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Special Requirements:

Lift, move and maneuver up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, and up to 100 pounds on an infrequent basis. Work in extreme weather conditions, heat, cold, dry or rain; exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, i.e., rain, heat, sun, cold. Employer paid drug test is Post Accident, Pre- Employment (new hires only), Upon Suspicion (Post Employment) Employer paid post hire criminal background check required.
