- Job Duties:
- Duties may include: peel crawfish; use of hands to peel crawfish and remove crawfish tailmeat (the edible portion of the crawfish) from shell; clean/remove waste from crawfish tail; dump crawfish in water tank to clean crawfish before processing; scoop crawfish on tables to be peeled; inspect crawfish tailmeat for defects; weigh tailmeat; place crawfish tails in appropriate bag after peeling to be sold or consumed; follow/apply food safety regulations and maintain records, as needed; daily clean up and sanitize worksite. (No knives or sharp objects used)

- Extensive sitting and or standing repetitive movements; may be subject to random drug screening upon hire paid for by employer and/or drug screen paid for my employer if reasonable suspicions arise during employment--this is a drug free work area. Failure of a drug screen will result in termination for cause. Must be able to lift 35 pounds; must be able to peel a minimum of five (5) pounds per hour.
