Job Duties:

Maintain turf areas including small ditches by mowing, edging and string trimming; periodically trim/prune trees, shrubs, and ground covers; physically remove weeds from landscape areas; rake/blow leaves from hard surfaces and landscape areas to maintain neat appearance; distribute and neatly spread mulch in landscape beds and lawns; occasionally install new plantings; perform routine maintenance on tools/equipment (ex: clean air filters, sharpen blades, etc.); Will use variety of small tools (weed-eater, edger, hedge trimmer, etc.), will drive vehicles on site (not on road), and will operate equipment (mowers, RTV, golf carts, etc.). Must use hands to handle or operate various tools, controls, and landscape related objects. Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch, and lift or move up to 100 pounds. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Occasionally required to repair and wash tools, equipment, or structures (e.g. buildings, greenhouses, walkways, fences, etc.) using hand or power tools.
