- Job Duties:
- Take orders, serve/deliver food and beverage products to resort guests; assist with opening and closing of restaurant or food and beverage area. Set-up, clean and tear down workstation; prepare side work, advise kitchen of items ordered, present check to guest, clear table/remove tray from guestroom. Clean and set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes. Supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages. Follow all sanitation policies and guidelines.
