- Maintain all mechanical/structural items in public areas. Performs unskilled general maintenance repairs to building, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, furniture etc. Receive direction for house calls via radio. Assist engineers and mechanics with basic repairs. Clean all work areas after completing job. Maintain (painting) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
