Job Duties:

Safely move, carry and setting up meeting rooms and dining rooms tables, chairs and buffet equipment such as airpots and urns for coffee, beverage dispensers, pitchers, chafers, and food pans. Deliver food and beverages, clean tables, remove dirty dishes, and replace soiled table linens. Set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes. Supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages; serve items such as water, condiments and coffee to patrons; assigned side work. Perform serving, cleaning & stocking duties. Stand & bend repetitively during shift. Follow all sanitation policies and guidelines.

Must complete employment application. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Conversational English required. The work schedule is as follows: 35 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, with varied shifts in between the hours of 5:30 AM and 1:00 AM, 8-hour shifts.
