Job Duties:

The workers will prepare a variety of dishes, including both hot and cold options, across multiple cuisine types; prepare a variety of food items (hot and cold) for the outlets within a timely manner, prioritizing tasks as necessary; operate at least one station within the kitchen (Sauté, Grill, Garde Manger, others as assigned); maintain cleanliness of all hot and cold preparation stations, and all surrounding culinary areas; organize and prepare both current and future requisitions; and effectively communicate relevant menu and dietary changes between all shifts.

Special Requirements:

No prior experience or education is required. 1 to 2 years of culinary experience preferred; Well-versed in the operation of at least one culinary station; Knowledge of basic kitchen preparation, knife skills, sanitation, and safety. Ability to remain active, including standing for 8+ hours per day. Basic English speaking skills required.
