Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** The refreshments these workers will sell and serve to customers are food items and beverages which are prepackage and pre-made. Smoked Turkey Legs, Grilled Corn, Lemonade Smoked Turkey Legs: Turkey legs are pre-cooked, pre-smoked, frozen. The worker would take turkey leg from package, place on outdoor grill. The worker would turn the turkey leg periodically to prevent it from burning, and to heat it uniformly. When a client orders a turkey leg, worker would use tongs to pick up the leg and place into serving boat. Grilled Corn: Worker would take ear of corn from box. Shuck the ear of corn. Dip it into oil. Lay this onto the grill, turn periodically using tongs. When a client orders an ear of grilled corn, worker would use tongs to pick up the ear and place into serving boat. Lemonade, On a cutting board, the lemons would be cut in half. See through plastic cups and lids would be brought from storage. A food service quality bin of ice with ice scoop would be placed into the work area. Workers serving lemonade would stand at the front counter, communicating with the customer. After taking the order, would scoop ice into a cup, pick up (with gloved hand), and squeeze Lemon Juice into the cup, using a Squeezer. Pre-mixed sugar water would be poured into the cup, and then the product would be served with lid and straw to the patron after payment. ***Original Duties*** Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
