Job Duties:

Use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, dig holes and trenches using hand tools, will dig trenches with a max width of 6 inches and a depth of 6 inches, trenches are to install sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. May operate motorized vehicles to drive to worksites carrying equipment for aforementioned duties.  Vehicles include Ford F-150 (GVWR of 6100-7850 lbs), Ford F-250, F-350 or Ford Flat bed (GVWR 10000-11400 lbs), Kawasaki V Ride 36, Scag Riding Mower L9603, Scag Riding Mower. Must have or be able to obtain a valid US drivers license to drive.  Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Optional $400 advanced pay for settling expenses. Pay is $1 more per hour if worker has a valid driver's license. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Wylie, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
