- Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement facility, including mobile food concessions. Prepare simple food items and beverages using proper safety precautions and measures. Set-up, stock, and clean service areas on-site. Prepare and assemble carnival-related ready-to-eat foods such as kettle corn, popcorn, cotton candy, and desserts using grills, deep fryers, steamers, and pop corn and cotton candy machines.
