Job Duties:

The worker will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Will perform the following: seeding/sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging and raking. Assist in irrigation repair and drainage installation. Participating in department set-up activities such as changing of hole locations and tee markers. Ensure all end of day tasks/closing procedures are completed and comply with the departments sSOP. Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately to the Department Manager. Attend department meetings and training as necessary.

Special Requirements:

Ability to operate golf course machinery such as push rotary mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, utility vehicles, and riding mowers.Possess a valid United States drivers license (or international equivalent) and ability to operate vehicles.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and an ability to work a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
