- Drive company vehicles and sell pre-packaged ice cream/related food products within established territories. Duties include obtaining street vendor/solicitor permits as needed, taking orders, receiving payment, explaining products/responding to customer inquiries, loading/unloading product, and keeping company vehicles clean and maintained.

- Employer conducts a 90-day probationary period for new hires based on the following: employee should follow instructions and take direction efficiently, operate equipment efficiently and safely, follow all safety requirements. Our company culture emphasizes the importance of employees engaging with customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner and must take a serious approach to the job. Probationary period will end at 90 days given the satisfactory fulfillment of all stated requirements. 35 hours per week, work may require 35+ hrs/wk upon occasion. Employer is exempt from FLSA and overtime provisions under the law's Outside Sales Provision, 29 CFR Part 541.500, Section 13(a)(1). Workers must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license within 60 days of hire, be able to lift and carry 50 pounds of weight, and work in standing and bending positions. No education or experience necessary. Will train. Workers provide own transportation to/from employer's place of business each work day; employee drives company vehicle between worksites. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday, 11am -7pm and/or 2pm-10pm. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
