Job Duties:

Mow, cut, water, edge lawns using mowers, edgers, weed eaters, blowers: rake and blow leaves; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch; dig holes and trenches with shovels with a max depth/width of 3ft to install sprinkler systems and/or plant. Install sprinkler systems, rake soil, repair sprinklers. May operate motorized vehicle. Drug testing requirement applies to potential drivers.Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.Drug testing requirement applies to potential drivers. In Event of Accident or Suspection of Use/Employer Paid Drug Test. Will receive 5 paid holidays (federal holidays business is normally closed), optional housing if available at $200 a month (rate subject to change based on local market/inflation). Will NOT deduct rent from pay. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Olive Branch, MS. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
